"Hello my name is Karl James owner of Creolsoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on be Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. Okay now we got our beef and our pork cut in a bowl. Now we are going to start those other ingredients that we cut earlier we are going to start layering them in and building. We are in the building portion here. So we are going to start with our green, red, and yellow peppers. We are going to add those right into the bowl. Like I say hopefully we would be able to maintain some of the color that we have once we start adding the chipotle and get it through the grinder. I told you that the green pepper has a stronger flavor or taste then the other 2 but it is all part of our holly trinity and this is step one for our holly trinity being mixed in with our beef and pork. So let's move on to our next step."
