"Hello my name is Karl James owner of Creolsoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on be Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. In this sausage we are going to add our holly trinity but what we are going to do is we are going to use 3 bell peppers we are going to use the green, the red and the yellow. So we have our green bell pepper and basically we are just going to kind of not really worry about you know all the cuts being even or anything like that because these are then going to be added to our meat mixture and everything is actually going to go through the grinder. So it is all going to get you know mixed together in the grinder. So we are going to use the green bell pepper, red and yellow. Green bell pepper has a stronger flavor to it so this is going to be first part of our bell pepper and also the first part of our holly trinity. Let's move on."
