"Hello my name is Karl James owner of Creolsoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on be Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. Okay let's put our seasoning mix together here this is what we are going to use to seasoning our sausage. Anyways we are going to use some black pepper, a little kosher salt we are not going to need much of it, it is pretty thick. A little creole seasoning, some garlic powder, I'm going to use a little cumin that is a lot of cumin, a little chili powder and a little of cayenne pepper. I will give that a little mix. So we would be using this seasoning mixture to seasoning our meat the rest of the herbs and spices of veggies once we get it all mixed in and there you have it our seasonings all ready to go."
