"Hello my name is Karl James owner of Creolsoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on be Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. Okay let's look at the ingredients that we are going to use with this recipe we are going to need some red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, we are going to use a little celery, some onion, also some garlic, Serrano pepper for heat, some green onion. We are also going to use a little parsley and some basil those are herbs. Once again we are going to use a country style pork ribs for our pork and we are using a couple of thinly sliced rib-eyes for the beef portion. The seasonings that we are going to be using some black pepper, we are going to use a little kosher salt, some creole seasonings, some garlic powder, a little cumin, some chili powder, as well as some ground red pepper for a little more heat, a little bit of liquid smoke just to add some smoky flavor to that and chipotle peppers and that is where the kick is really going to come from. Also I got to stuff it in something and we are using hog casing for our sausage. So these are ingredients let's get started."
