"Hello my name is Karl James owner of Creolsoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on be Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. Chipotle hot sausage basically it would be a basic beef and pork sausage and we are going to add the chipotle which are smoked jalapenos. We are going to add those in for some flavor and a little kick. This sausage we are also going to add in a bunch of stuff we are going to add in our holly trinity, we are going to use the red, green, and yellow bell peppers in that. We are going to add some Serrano peppers for some more heat, some onions our regular brown sweet onions, we are going to use like I said pork and beef. What I'm going to be using is actually the old country style ribs and I got of rib-eye steaks and I chose those to cut because of the fatty content that we want in that sausage to keep it from drying. We are also going to use some liquid smoke in there to give it a smokey kind of flavor. Once these sausages are done we are going to throw them on the grill for a while and let them smoke and there you have it. Anyway so let's get started with our chipotle hot sausage."
