"Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas. I'm here to show you a chunky chicken cacciatore. Okay now we are at the step where we are going to cut some bell pepper I like to split those in half like that and just kind of reach in and pull out seeds and the white membrane. Pull out the section there and the end would come off also, pull out the membrane, tap it to get the seeds out, and then you are going to dice. We are really not going to chop our bell pepper to small there is a couple of our veggies that we are going to leave a little thicker then the onions and the celery and the garlic but the mushrooms and the bell pepper we leave in the larger sizes. No real reason for that it is just something I want to do. So here we got our bell pepper chopped, I don't want it that big but that is a nice size pieces. And we sit this the side and move on to our next step."
