"Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chunky chicken cacciatore. Okay in this step we are going to season and cut our chicken. Normally in chicken cacciatore what you can do is you use not just the breast but the you the thigh the breast and the thigh and the drumstick actually those are the best parts. But what we are going to do we are just going to use the breast we are going to season them with the seasoning, we are going to flip the over because we want to season both side so both sides taste good. Now once we have our breast seasoned we are going then cut them into bit size pieces so we are just going to cut them across like that. And we get those pieces and set them to the side and work on our next breast. So we continue cutting our breast into these little bit size squares and move on to the next step. "
