"Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chunky chicken cacciatore. Okay in this step we are going to mix our seasonings like I said before I like to premix my seasonings so I have it already done and don't have to estimate so everything is seasoned the same throughout. I'm going to add I don't measure I guess estimate anyway I'm going to add some oregano now I know that I'm making enough seasoning to season my chicken and then use it also to season the flour that we are going to dredge the chicken in. A little garlic salt normally if I'm using garlic salt I wont use regular salt I just use the salt from. A little paprika, of course some black pepper, going to add a little sweet basil to that and little dash of parsley and the we are going to take this and give it a good mix up so it all taste good. Okay and so now we got our season pretty seasonings pretty mixed we can like I said we have enough here to season my chicken as well as season my flour that we are going to dredge the chicken in to brown it and here we go there is our seasoning and move on to the next step.
