"Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chunky chicken cacciatore. Okay lets look at the ingredient that we are going to need for this dish. We are going to need onion, some garlic, some fresh tomato, we are going to add some green pepper to this, some celery, hint or holly trinity in creole cooking celery, green pepper, and onion, and garlic and everything. We are also going to add some mushrooms to this. We are going to need a couple of cans of tomato sauce, use a quarter cup of oil, about a half cup of flour and then our seasonings we are going to use some garlic salt, some oregano, some sweet basil, some parsley, some paprika, some black pepper, as well we are going to add a few little red pepper flakes just to give it a little bit of heat. Anyways these are the ingredients so lets get started. "
