"Hi I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chicken marsala recipe. So here we have it chicken marsala, we let the chicken simmer in with the mushrooms and the marsala sauce for about ten, fifteen minutes to make sure the chicken was cook completely through check the chicken to make sure the juices when you poke the chicken that the drain cleared. Then you put them on a plate and put the sauce on top and chicken marsala. Like i said serve with rice, pasta, potatoes, salad, bread anything you like its up to you. Its what eatings all about eating things what you enjoy and cooking is the same way. You cook the things you enjoy cooking the things you enjoy eating you add the little bits of pieces of things thats up to you don't have to stick to completely to a recipe its up to you can add take away. This recipe for itself calls for some recipes calls butter i don't like to use to much butter in my cooking so i eliminate that you can do the same thing you can still get the same flavor same style just by doing the same thing you enjoy doing anyway here it is chicken marsala. Bonn a petite."
