"Hi I'm Karl James owner of Creolsoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chicken marsala recipe. Now were going to put our flour mixture together and were using is about a quarter cup of flour and were going to put in here. And use the rest of our seasoning that we had were going to dump that in and were just going to mix it up you can use a small fork like this but me i prefer to use a whisk to make sure i get all that in there cause for me i feels like I'm air aided the flour of it getting a little of air in there. I don't have a problem tasting that to make sure that i have enough seasoning in there to coat the chicken with and i know we season the chicken already but that flour but you want the season also nothing but plain flour, so here's our flour mixture and our next step we'll coat our chicken and move on."
