"Hi i'm Karl James owner of Crelosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx. And behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chicken marsala recipe. Now let move on to seasoning our chicken as you can see on the cutting board I've put a little sheet of aluminum foil here don't want contanimate the board if you like you can put some plastic wrap or some wax paper over to cover up the board. Were going to season the chicken that we pounded on earlier, take our breast lay it on there take some our seasoning mix that we made and were just going to sprinkle that onto our chicken want to get it all over there and pated in to that side and want to flip it over lets to the other side so it can taste good so sprinkle it in and pated in. Make sure we have that aragono, and that garlic powder and little ciane in there for a little spice (flip it over) should we have that a little on the other side, move on were going to do each chicken breast the same way adding the season to it flipping it over seasoning the other side pated in and going to sit those to the side and move on to our next step and move back to our chicken."
