"Hi i'm Karl James owner of Creolsoul located in Round Rock, Tx and on behalf of Expert Village i'm going to show you a chicken marsala recipe. Now were going to work on our garlic now i will show you this an easy way to peel is like we to twist it and here a little pop and you can actually just peel the skin right off. Really quick and easy way to do garlic and get that right out of the way. And know here's how were going to chop the garlic were just going to give it a rough chop were just going to smash it like that and run the knife right through it. Were just going to give it a hint of garlic in this cause like i said were using the shallots and the shallots will give us a little garlicky flavor also. Garlic likes to stick to the side of you bladed so just push it off so keep chopping just a rough cut. Watch those fingers. Like i always say i like garlic in everything. You may find a few recipes that never calls for garlic in this and its louder that this cause your using the shallots but i like that little extra push of garlic flavor in this dish. The spice from the garlic marries well with that marsala wine. Anyways heres our garlic and lets move to our next step."
