"Hi i'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on half of Expert Village i'm here to show you a chicken marsala recipe. Now were going to mixed up our seasonings this is just a what one of the things i like to do. You may want to introduce your seasoning to the food separately but i like to premix my seasoning because i'm going to use it throughout the meal. And i don't use a measuring spoon i normally just measure from my hand i know exactly how much i'm need. I'm gonna start off with garlic powder, at that end, then i like use sea salt or sometimes couture salt into that about a teaspoon, black pepper, i'm gonna add a little red pepper because thats just my creole roots and i like to add a little spice to it you can leave it out that's up to you. I also like to add just a little sweet basil and a bit of aragono. And you mix that up and this is the seasoning that we will use up season our chicken and to season our flour also that were going to use and then there you have it."
