"Hi, this is Josiah Owen of Expert Village, and today, we're going to be talking about how to cook pepperoni ziti for those on a diabetic diet. All right, now, at this point, we have everything ready. The only thing we have left to do is to top with our mozzarella cheese and our pepperonis. So you just want to give this a quick sprinkle around. We're only going to use about half of the cheese. Now, we're going to top with the pepperonis. You just want to go around in a circle. Go all the way around. You don't want to overlap too much, just right on the edge. And after you reach the outside, you're going to come to the inside and do one more. At this point, we're going to go ahead and sprinkle the rest of the cheese. And now, we're going to add our Parmesan for some flavor. And there you go. There's the last step for making and putting together the ziti. All right, now, all the steps have been done, so the only thing we have left to do is to bake our ziti. We're going to bake it at 350 degrees, and we're going to cook it for 24 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is starting to become golden brown. And after that, we're going to go ahead and pull it out of the oven and let it sit for about five to ten minutes. All right, so we've finished cooking our ziti. We cooked it for 25 and half minutes at 350. Notice it's starting to turn brown around the edges of the cheese, the pepperonis are starting to shrivel up a little bit, and right now, the smell is just amazing. I wish you could smell it with me, but once you try this recipe, you be able to do it yourself. Now, what we're going to do to plate this, is we're going to find a section at the end. You just want to cut right down and take out a big scoop. Try and keep everything intact. You just want to pop that in there, making as little mess as possible. And there you go. You can top it with some more fresh Parmesan cheese or just eat it as it is."
