Symptoms can include excessive thirst, increased urine production, and blurred vision. But if treated properly, which means blood pressure control, lifestyle choices, and proper nutrition and diet, the most adverse symptoms and resultant chronic conditions of diabetes can usually be avoided. Since the first step to controlling a syndrome like diabetes is to eat properly and control your intake of sugar, cooking and food recipes, like this series, are essential to the proper management of diabetes.
