"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. So here we have it our final dish our creole barbecue chicken wings. We deep fried the chicken wings slightly ahead of time, dredge them in a flour, then deep fry them, seasoned, got them a little bit crispy and then we made our sauce our barbecue sauce creole barbecue sauce. What we did we added our holly trinity plus garlic into the sauce and we use a base as the base we use store bought barbecue sauce and we add some white sugar a little bit of sugar, a little Worcestershire sauce, some soy mixed all that up. Then put the wings in blend all that with it, stuck it in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes and here we have our barbecue creole barbecue wings. It goes good like I said as appetizer, snack food, just enjoy. "
