"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Okay we are going to start off by mixing our seasonings and this seasoning is going to be used for the chicken as well as the flour that we are going to put the chicken in. We are going to start with a little onion powder, some garlic powder, some black pepper, a little bit of garlic salt, and a cup of different creole seasonings. What you can do they sell it at every grocery store they have just the creole seasoning mix that you can find anywhere and you can use that. So we got our seasonings in our bowl we are going to mix that up and here we have our seasoning that we are going to use like I said in the chicken and in the flour mixture that we are going to mix the chicken in so let's move on."
