"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Okay let's look at the ingredients that we are going to need for this receipt. Of course we are going to use some garlic, some bell pepper, onion, celery we would chop those up add that to our sauce. Our basic seasoning mix we are going to use is black pepper, garlic salt, some creole seasoning, you can buy a premix already in the store, some onion powder, some garlic powder, that is our seasoning for our chicken, flour, and little bit in the sauce. Also for the sauce it self we are going to use some soy sauce, some Worcestershire, a little white wine vinegar, and a little bought barbecue sauce and we would mix that together. We would add a little bit of white sugar to that and then of course our chicken or chicken wings in which we are going to split and some flour to dredge them in and little oil to deep fry those in. So these are the ingredients that we are going to need for our receipt."
