"Okay the seafood pasta is almost done. You can tell the muscles opened up, shrimp changed color to red, octopus changed color to purple, so it's pretty much done. I'm going to do the last ingredient, I'm going to add four teaspoons of butter. Just going to take it off and drop it in there and I'm going to turn off the heat. At the meantime while it's melting, I'm going to get fettuccine pasta. The way you make it, you get your water boiled, you add one pound of pasta that will serve at least to four to five people. After you take it off you leave it in the fridge and after you?re going to use, you have to re-heat it up. Just get some little bit of water, let it boil and drop it and mix it and then I'm going to place this plate. You mix it in, base of the pasta s hot, let the water drain. Just drain some water and then I'm going to sprinkle some Parmesan cheese so when you eat it, it won't be too dry. Just to give some good flavor to it, drop this much. Mix it thoroughly and just put it on top. See we have some vegetables inside. Then make sure the juice, the pasta is dry, has no flavor what so ever. So I'm going to add some juice to it."
