"Like the sauce is read, boiling, so that means it's ready. I'm going to get the fish out and place it in here. I'm going to try to get the vegetables out. The same thing goes with the cabbage. We try to be extra careful to keep the whole, whole fish. After we plate it on a plate, I'm going to go ahead and use the sauce for it. I'm going to try to use all the ingredients, like mushrooms, and the ginger, and I'm just going to drizzle it on top of the fish. I'm just going to put some more mushrooms to left. So that's it, it's done. Red snapper with boc choi and nappa cabbage with Japanese dressing like I made from scratch."
