"Now I am going to add ginger to it. Ginger. You can cut however you want. If you prefer to eat this ginger after that, you could just basically make a minced. Chop it very thin, diced. After you do it, don't put too much the flavor will so strong. Add some mushrooms to it. The mushrooms will give a good flavor. How long do you cook that for? Cook it about for 5 to 6 to 7 minutes. How do you know when it is done? When it gets to a boil. Then when you put some mushrooms, you have to add about 5 teaspoons of sugar. You got to always taste before you do anything, you got to taste it. I am going to use one, only use 1/2. Not to much, only this much. Just mix it, mix the sugar in it. Don't make it too sweet. Make it kind of normal. This particular called a Japanese dressing. You can buy it ready at the store but I prefer to make it. It tastes fresh."
