"I am going to make a tomato basil sauce for the the fish. We are doing same thing; heating up the pan, adding some oil. Then I get some tomato and I am going to dice it up. Why didn't you cut all the way through? To keep it whole. If you want, you can cut it through but it is going to be harder for you to cut the, to dice the tomatoes. Then you can use only one side. Add some shallots, herbs with sage and thyme and rosemary. Do the same thing with the garlic. Add some tomatoes. I am going to chop up some basil. I threw some basil in there. What I am going to do is I am going to use one teaspoon of butter to have that good flavor of the sauce. Just a little, not too much. Cook this till the butter melts after you put all the ingredients. Done. Shark meat with potatoes and zucchini. The sauce is tomato and basil and butter and some some salt, olive oil."
