"The potatoes are ready, zucchini is ready, and the fish is almost done. What were going to do is go ahead and present the plate. First, we're going to start off with zucchini. Then we are going to take one layer of the potatoes. Then we are going to do the same thing. Basically, we are stacking it up. After that's done we will go ahead and check on the shark. See how it has a nice color on top? Kind of like a steak gravy, so this can kind of caramelize with the olive oil, and with all the seasonings like salt and pepper and give a nice color to it. I'm doing the same thing with the fish, stack it on top."
