"I'm gonna make a champagne risotto with tiger shrimp. First main ingredient that we're gonna need rice, shrimp, wild caught, as big as you want whichever you would like to prefer it to have. You gotta have champagne and ingredients garlic, shallot, herbs, and salt and white wine and olive oil. You have to get it hot so you know it won't have to stick to it. Put some extra virgin olive oil. Get some garlic, if you have chopped that would be cool, but if you don't just chop it up. How big are the pieces? As minced as you can get, as smallest that you prefer to have. So, basically the pan is hot. I'm going to add some garlic, some shallots, and some herbs. What kind of herbs? Rosemary, thyme and sage. All mixed together? Yes, you chop it up and you see how it is now. After you see the garlic and shallots are almost cooked you can go ahead and put wine, just a little bit and then after that we're gonna add some champagne. Once the champagne is reduced we're gonna add some grapefruit to enhance."
