"Hi I'm Kara with Expert Village and today we're going to be making a vegetable Thai curry stir fry. Before we get started making the vegetables, I want to have our tofu prepared so I previously had put this in the freezer and taken it out and let it thaw all the way through. That makes it a little bit spongier. It adds the extra bubbles inside. I'm just going to cut it to whatever desired size you like. I like mine pretty small, about a bite size. I'm using an extra firm light tofu it has less calories than regular tofu. I like the firmness of it more than the soft tofu. So we're going to continue to cut this. I usually get 4 slices, so 8 pieces out of each slice. Now we're ready to prepare the vegetables."
