"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making sweet potato and squash vegetarian lasagna. Now, after you tomato sauce is cooking, you want to go ahead and put on your sweet potato and your zucchini. You want to give it a quick stir to make sure everything is roasted. Now, while your tomato sauce is cooking, we already have our zucchini and sweet potato mixture here together. You want to go ahead and stir this around and make sure the vegetables are coated if you didn't do that earlier. Put them on to cook for about 10 minutes on medium. This is going to go give the vegetables a chance to go ahead and cook a little bit before we put them in the oven. This will help with the process later. Like I said, we're going to cook for about 10 more minutes. By this point, our sauce should be done."
