"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making sweet potato and squash vegetarian lasagna. Now we're going to talk about sautéing our onions for our lasagna. Go ahead and put this in a sauté pan. I'm going to add just a drizzle of olive oil. Enough to coat all the onions. About a tablespoons worth. You just want to mix that around. When you do this, you want to make sure your pan is already heated up, but not too hot. After we coat all of the onions, you want to cook for about 5 minutes. Make sure they're translucent."
