"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making sweet potato and squash vegetarian lasagna. Now we're going to talk about chopping our zucchini for our lasagna. Start off by chopping off the end pieces just like the squash. What you want to do is you want to cut down in the middle of the zucchini. Then you want to cut it again in half. We want 4 equal pieces. I know its hard because it tends to curve, but do your best. Then I want you to cut them into tiny little pieces. Not too small. About a 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch. Then put them in your sauté pan. You can put them in a container if you want to until we need them, but eventually they're going to go in here, so might as well do that. The further down you go, the bigger the pieces will get. That's okay. We're going to add this to our potato later. You can have pieces about an inch or 3/4 of an inch. That's okay. Our final pieces. There you go."
