"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a spicy tuna tartare. So here we have it our completed dish, our spicy tuna tartare. With our crispy wontons or wonton crisp. What we did like I said tartare is basically finely chopped up raw meat, in this case we used tuna. (sushi grey tuna-yellow fin) Which we chopped that we cut some avocado, red onions, scallions, chives, a little parsley we mixed that together and made a dressing. We used red wine vinegar, zest from a lime, wasabi powder, soy and some olive oil mixed that around and folded that in together. We refrigerated that oh, for an hour so those flavors can mel and blend together. We took some wonton wrappers we cut those diagonally put them on a baking sheet, sprayed a little vegetable oil on them. Stuck the in a 375 degree oven for about five minutes and got these a little crisp, and here you have it a nice little appetizer. Early course in a multi course meal, spicy tuna taretare. Bon Appetite."
