I'm here to show you a spicy tuna tartare. Now for the heat portion which is going to be a Serrano pepper and we're going to use one. I'm going to cut it in half and we're actually going to remove the seeds from the pepper. We just want the flavor we don't want the course of this to go against the crunch of those seeds per say. We'll do that for both sides once again that knife, be careful anytime you're using a knife cause even a knife that you think isn't sharp, that's the one that will get you. It takes away from the pleasure of cooking when you add all the pain in there so, we just want to slice these, a little small dices. Then again run our knife through there just to mince that pepper and once again this is from where some of our heat is coming from. Okay, so we got our peppers minced and we'll move on to the next step.
