"Hi! My name is Greg Goldberg on behalf of Expert Village. You can check us out at www.minettis.com. In this episode, we are going to be talking about pizza's cousin, Stromboli. We are going to be talking about the different things you can put inside of it and we are going to be talking specifically about cheese and sauce. In a pizza, you are putting down the sauce first and the cheese on top. Here we are going to do it just the opposite. Why? If you put the sauce down first, the bottom of the Stromboli is going to get really really wet, just fall apart. The first thing we are going to do is we are going to put the Ramona cheese down. Being as dry as it is, it will absorb any access liquid that happens to make its way to the bottom. On top of that, we are going to put a nice thick layer of mozzarella and we are going to work that to the middle. Then what we do is give it a final little stretch there. You want it to be roughly like that. We are going to go light on the sauce this time being very careful not to let any leak to the outside. If any of this dough gets wet, you will never be able to seal it up. That's good, just like that. "
