"Hi my name is Greg Goldberg we are here at Minetti's Italian Specialties in Wayne, PA on behalf of Expert Village and today we are cooking linguine aglio E olio. First thing we are going to do is get our bracchium ready we are going to split any of the stems that might be a little thicker then some of the others. And you just start it there, hold it, and go all the way through and we do that here again with this guy, we are just going to go straight down through him and then across like that. You can do this to any of the piece that are a little thicker or might have multiple heads of the bracchium this would help get it tender really quickly. Then what we are going to do since we are making a pasta dish and we want everything to be bite size cause we are going to just chop the bracchium. Just going to get that together here and give it one more run through just to make sure there is no huge pieces. And that is beautiful."
