"Hello my name is Graziano from restaurant Krizia, Budapest, Hungary on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to teach you how to make Italian food. Now we are making Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. for one portion of spaghetti, we use may be quantity. One hundred grams of good quality of spaghetti for one portion. Put in salted water. Please check it always on the spaghetti box. You can find the cooking time. It's very important to respect this time if you want really good Spaghetti, Spaghetti Aldente. So we are going to mix a little bit spaghetti with water, salted water. Usually we use ten grams of salt for one liter of water. This is eight times ten grams of salt. This is a good quantity. And eight minutes cooking."
