"Hello my name is Hui Yau on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to cook a very common Chinese dish beef and broccoli. First we coat the green onion, garlic, and ginger root in a very high heat you want the aromas for these vegetables to come out first, then we would ad the green vegetables the broccoli and the carrots and make sure that we stir fry them. Then we would add a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, and a little bit of oil in this case to keep the vegetables green. Be sure when you stir fry something like broccoli and other green vegetables to keep the heat really high cause we want to keep them green color and that crunch texture."
