"Hello my name is Hui Yau on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to cook a very common Chinese dish beef and broccoli. So we add some oil into our smoking hot wok around 2 tablespoons. Make sure that the oil is all over the wok or otherwise it would stick then we can add the beef to the wok and make sure gently stir fry the beef slices. And the grill in here when we cook the beef we want to make sure that they are just a little bit over medium rear we don't want them fully cook them as you can see the color have changed now in around 30 seconds. That is about the time that is the color that we are looking for. Then we can put it back to our bowl and put it aside as you can see in the close up that is the color of the beef that we are looking for."
