"Hello my name see Hui Yau on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to cook a very common Chinese dish beef and broccoli. The seasoning use for this dish is also relatively simple from the left we start with we have light soy sauce and then we have oyster sauce, we also have a couple of table spoon of sugar, we have some sesame oil, we also need some ground pepper which would be both used for the sauce and the marinate for the beef, we also have cornstarch which is also used for marinate and the thicken agent for the sauce and the last one we would need a little bit of salt. The last ingredient would be just a couple of tablespoon of chicken broth or any kind of broth you can find which we would mainly use for the sauce at the end of the dish."
