"Hello my name see Hui Yau on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to cook a very common Chinese dish beef and broccoli. The kind of beef we are using today is a piece of flank steak about 8 ounces but you can also use other kinds of cuts that is also good for Chinese stir fried dish such as the meat that you could get from the beef ribs or you can use sirloin, ribeye, even tenderloin they also go really well with stir fry dishes. If you use beef ribs as the source of the beef make sure you pick slices of ribs that have relatively thick or other wise the slice of beef would turn out to be to thin so they may not be totally suitable for the stir fry dish we are going to do today."
