"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show a couple of ways how to seasoning a chicken. Again after you mix all the barbecue sauce with the chicken put in the lid and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. To cook the chicken we need cookie sheet and then put a piece of foil, remember to put a rack and then you put the chicken pieces on the top of the rack so it won't stick to the foil. As you can see the barbecue sauce cause of the sugar content inside the sauce. If you just lay it directly on the top of the foil even though you oiled the foil it would have a tendency to stick on the foil and it would tare up the skin. The last thing is that you can put it in a 400 degree oven for around 20-25 minutes. "
