"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The second would be a thinly fried Asian style wrapped pork chops. Before we stop deep frying we are going to throw a piece of paper towel and put it on the top of the plate which would absorb the excess oil and also serve for part of the garnishing. As you can see the pork chops are done they are golden brown on both sides. The same golden color for the second piece of pork chops. When you put your pork chops on the plate try stacking the pork chops in the middle of the plate that would give a better presentation as you can see. "
