"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The second would be a thinly fried Asian style wrapped pork chops. First we would add about 3 cups of cooking oil into the wok. To tell the temperature is right you can put your bamboo chop sticks if bubbles are forming that means it is the right temperature. Gently put the pork chops into the oil and try not to over crowd the pork chops in the oil. This time we would put 2 pieces at a time as you can see after 2 minutes over medium heat we can turn it to make sure they are evenly cooked. Then we can flip it so the other side of the pork chop is cooked evenly as you can see the pork chop on one side is already with that golden color. "
