"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The second would be a thinly fried Asian style wrapped pork chops. The bread crumb that we use for this dish is the Japanese Panko as you can see they are white in color and they are more coarse then the regular bread crumbs that you find. You also need a couple of tablespoon of cornstarch. First you make sure your hands are clean, then you dip you pork chops into the cornstarch first. After dipping all the pork chops into the flour we would dip the pork chops one by one gently into the batter and then we would put it into our panko mixture. Make sure they are gently coated you can shake off the excess bread crumb. "
