"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The second would be a thinly fried Asian style wrapped pork chops. The ingredients for the batter includes 2/3 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of regular cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 cup of water. There is no specific order for adding the dry ingredients. First just add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then we add the cooking oil, then we use a whisk while are whisking add the water into the batter and gentle stir. Add more water if you think your water is to thick and right now as you can see the batter is the right consistency. "
