"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The second would be a thinly fried Asian style wrapped pork chops. To mix the marinade with the pork chops we need a larger dish or a plate, we add the soy sauce first. Then we add the cooking wine we try to add all the liquid ingredients first. Then we add the sugar after we add the salt, we add the black pepper and then we can start mixing them with our hands. Make sure you wash both of your hands before you do the mixing. After the first mixing we would start adding cornstarch into the meat, we would give it one more toss. When it is done again we would put the pork chops in a plastic case and then close it with a lid and marinade it for 4 hours. "
