"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The first way would be a saute pork chop with red wine sauce. The ingredient for the red wine sauce are very simple which include a small pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and we have 2 tablespoon dry red wine. Just add the red wine where you cook the pork chops and you want to get all of the little bits out of the pan which is called deglazed. Add the salt and pepper and at the end we just add the butter and then we can turn down the heat to let the better general dissolve which would act as a glaze and also thicken the sauce at the same time. As you can see the butter is almost completely melted and the sauce is done. "
