"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The first way would be a saute pork chop with red wine sauce. First would be our saute pan on the stove top, we would put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil you don't have to use butter for this purpose. Make sure the oil is evenly coat on the pan. We would also preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Put the pork chops over the pan on a medium high heat. Sear it for 2 minutes, you can see the pork chop is getting smaller and then after 2 minutes just flip it and leave it on the pan on medium high for 1 more minute. You can see the pork chop is almost done then we just put the pork chop inside the heated oven for anther 5 minutes to 8 minutes. "
