"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The first way would be a saute pork chop with red wine sauce. After leaving the pork chop in the brine for more then 4 hours we need to soak it in paper towel before we saute the pork chops otherwise to much moisture would be on the surface of the pork chop and there we would be no searing effect on it on the pan and in this case we use 2 piece of paper towels and just pat on it gently. So the moisture on the surface have been absorb by the paper towel. Same thing for the second pork chop as you can see. In the closer look of the pork chop you can see there is still some moisture on the top that is okay. "
