"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The first way would be a saute pork chop with red wine sauce. We need a plastic box with a sealed lid to put the pork chops with the brine otherwise the juice of the brine would leak everywhere when you put it in the fridge. So you can see that I put the pork chops into the box and then I get the brine mixture, you'll get all the pepper corn and the bay leaves with the pork chops. Then we would seal the box with the lid really well so no juices would come out. We would probably leave the pork chops with the brine in the refrigerator for more then 4 hours or overnight. "
