"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys a couple of ways how to cook pork chops. The first way would be a saute pork chop with red wine sauce. To make the brine would first add 2 cups of water into our pan and then we would add the salt, we would add the sugar, we would add the bay leaves, and pepper corn there is really no specific order. Then we would put it on the stove and heat it on high heat and let it boil and make sure after everything has been boiled for like approximately for 3-4 minutes for all the flavor from the spice is infuse. Make sure the stir the brine so all the salt and sugar is dissolve and then you can just turn off the heat and leave it at room temperature. "
