You don't need that much because you've got all kinds of different flavors in it. A little bit of garlic salt, I know we've already got a little bit of garlic in here but its garlic salt we can't pass it up. We've got that, here another quick start, low heat like I said that butter, if you've ever made sauce with butter its very crucial that you won't constantly stir it, it will start separating and just you going to have some ugly sauce you know if you trying to make it for somebody to impress its not going to work out. And like I said you want to keep it looking like that."
